IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT YOU VIEW THESE TERMS PRIOR TO PURCHASING OR CONTACTING ME FOR PROJECTS. BY PURCHASING FROM HIDDEN GEM SOCIALS, YOU ARE AGREEING TO THESE TERMS.

Terms & Conditions

Services

Our Services include, but are not limited to, graphic design, branding, logo creation, and other related design services. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any aspect of our Services at any time without notice.

Client Responsibilities

• Grammar and Spelling: You are responsible for any grammar or spelling mistakes. Please double-check your artwork before approving. While we conduct multiple spell checks, we cannot guarantee all spellings will be correct. If you notice a spelling mistake after printing, you will need to pay for the service again as it is your responsibility to check all spellings.

• Material Submission: We prefer receiving information written down in notes, Word documents, etc., rather than photos with information on them. This helps in avoiding errors.

• Design Approval: If you state you are happy with your design and later, after it has been sent to you or sent to print, you decide you are not happy, you will have to pay for the service/prints again. Ensure you are satisfied with your design before giving approval.

• Response Time: If you have paid for a product/service and we receive no response to the artwork within 7 working days, the artwork will be void, and you will have to pay a late fee charge. The charge will depend on what changes are needed, but we will do our best to keep the cost appropriate and affordable.

Payment Terms

• Quotations: All quotations provided are valid for 30 days from the date of issue.

• Deposits: For design-only and subscription services, full upfront payment is required. For print services, a 50% non-refundable deposit is necessary.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due upon project completion and before final delivery of the designs.

• Payment Methods: We accept the following payments: Debit Card/Credit Card and PayPal.

Cancellations and Refunds

Cancellation by Client: If you purchase a product/service and later decide you no longer want it, we still have to proceed with the order. Ensure you want the product/ service before purchasing.

No Refunds: Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept refunds. This also applies to returns. Make sure you are certain about your purchase before proceeding.

Conduct: We do not tolerate any rude or violent behaviour towards us. We treat everyone with kindness and respect and expect the same in return. If any rude or violent behaviour is exhibited, we will no longer work with you, and payment will not be refunded.

Project Timelines

• Booking and Slots: When you book with us, you will be given either a slot or an estimated time on when your purchased product/service will be worked on. We are extremely busy and will try our best to work on your project within the acceptable time frame for your purchased service. Please see the listings for turnaround times for design.

• Specific Deadlines: If you need a project done by a certain date, please book in advance and contact us to discuss further.

• Information Submission: After you have purchased your product/service or package, we need all the information from you within 7 working days. If we haven't received any information within 5 working days of payment or when the day of your slot comes, there will be a re-booking fee of 30% of the price you paid. If you refuse to pay the re-booking fee, we will refuse to work with you on future projects, and no further artwork will be carried out, with no refunds.

Printing Services

• Standard Print: Takes around 3-12 working days after the design is complete and approved by you.

• Raised Foil Print: Takes around 7-16 working days after the design is complete and approved by you.

These timeframes are estimates and can differ. They may be with you earlier than stated above. If these run any longer than the estimated times, you will be contacted.

Design and Print

Approval When we send you your design to approve, please note that colouring and placement in print may differ from what you see on the draft. Device screens often show colours brighter than what they would be when printed. Placement may also differ. This applies if you have something reprinted; the colour may be slightly different from your original prints. A reprint will not take place in this event.

Shipping

We always send your products via Royal Mail. We send all parcels 2nd Class Tracked, unless you have selected next-day delivery. Next-day delivery will be sent after the prints have finished in production. We ensure all prints leave us in perfect condition before sending them off. We are not responsible for any loss, damage, or delays of parcels. This will need to be dealt with by you with Royal Mail. We will try our best to communicate with them, but no refunds will be issued.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of our Services, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of our Services will be resolved in the courts of the United Kingdom.

Amendments

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of our Services after such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms. Limitation of Liability
